This answer @fredwilson.eth gave @dwr.eth last week gave me chills when I heard it live.
I started working on what is now @memoryprotocol.eth with @rac with the thesis that artists and fans should own their relationship, not platforms.
Self sovereign identity isn’t a new area of crypto but it’s been tried many times and many ways.
Only more recently have the right things come together: high tps / tx feasibility, web proofs w zkTLS, and the demand for portable user data being brought on by AI.
We started building to liberate music data and have done that with factory.fm
Now, we’ve begun the bigger mission to build that for everyone with @memoryprotocol.eth. That’s why, even after seeing it live, I have the chills watching this again.
