Years ago, I watched 'Electroma' by Daft Punk, and today I recall this fantastic film; a fascinating piece of experimental cinema. It offers a unique, almost meditative experience. It's a visually driven, wordless narrative that explores themes of identity, transformation, and alienation. Surprisingly, the soundtrack is not by Daft Punk but instead features a range of different tracks that enhance the film's melancholy mood, adding to its contemplative tone. You need to be patient, as the film is slow and feels more like a journey through an existential struggle than a traditional plot. But as an art film, 'Electroma' is a bold conceptual work that speaks to ideas of self, change, and the limits of technology, mirroring some of the philosophical questions Daft Punk has always explored in their music. 33 Questions Per Minute" (2000) by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer is a generative installation that uses grammatical rules to combine words from a dictionary, generating 4.7 trillion questions—an algorithm that will take 271,000 years to complete. The beepers present 33 questions per minute, loosely rooted in the tradition of poetry. With no time for reflection, the installation transforms into a surreal highlighting the absurdity of the questions themselves.

Andrés Serrano, (Fatal Meningitis) (1995).
In Fatal Meningitis (1995), Serrano captures and portrays the individual instances of death with a capital 'D'. The calm aesthetic of the composition makes us think twice about leaving the dead alone. I'm interested in searching for "reality" and also creating my own by making connections with my experiences. This photo reflects not only the departure of someone who is just beginning a life but also the flashing of a roaring and painful reality.
Mary Ellen Solt, Marigolds, 1965.
In 1966, Cathy Berberian composed her first musical piece, Stripsody for solo voice. This innovative work explores the onomatopoeic sounds of comic strips, illustrated by Roberto Zamarin, and uses them to evoke a series of dynamic, engaging vignettes. Stripsody marked a bold departure in musical composition, representing a radically new approach in the experimental music scene of the 1960s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dNLAhL46xM
For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.

Chögyam Trungpa's (Tibet.1940-1987) besides being the first translating Tibetan Buddhism outside of Tibet, was also a prolific poet. Trungpa used concrete poetry to bridge cultural gaps and express his experiences, including escaping from Tibet and adapting to Western culture. His poetry reflects a blend of Tibetan and Western elements, showing his longing for Tibet and desire to communicate across cultures. Trungpa's work challenges the traditional-modern divide, using visual poetry to convey meaning beyond language.
