Nothing quite makes me feel tech-bro bourgeois like drinking Blueprint matcha with manuka honey
Aging test results are in! I wish there was more detail about the methodology on the results but I'm already interested in diving in more to understand what it's measuring and how I should interpret it.

My microplastics test is in, and I have to say, I'm surprised! This is one area I'm happy to be below-average.
Today's the first time I can remember getting a 99% recovery score from whoop. Yes, a lot of that is having kids who sleep through the night now, but some of it is definitely from eating healthier and watching my diet, exercise and sleep routine more since starting Blueprint.
Someone on Farcaster should be the founder Bryan is looking for! https://x.com/bryan_johnson/status/1881080636255195495?t=nIlViP25NWUgvxnVarqVJA&s=19

Has any of you tried the Alpha BRAIN supplements? I think they contain similar/the same nootropics as some of the blueprint supplements

I do like the color of the blood orange longevity mix. I expected the flavor to be off putting but it's not bad at all. Like all powders with creatine it doesn't completely dissolve so you have to drink it fast.
Third day of nutty pudding. I'm enjoying it with muesli, greek yogurt, almond milk, and berries. I went in for bloodwork this morning which required no creatine for 7 days, so today is my first day of the full stack.
Each week, I'll take the most engaging cast from /blueprint-health and pin the referral link of the caster, aiming to pin someone new each week. The channel is small now, so I'll start with mine and post someone else's next week!

Easing into the nutty pudding experience by adding frozen berries and granola for sweetness
Anyone else trying a microplastics test?

same but different
I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.
