discussing Blueprint by Bryan Johnson and related health topics

I love chocolate, but I never thought about how much heavy metal it might have. @bryanjohnson shared test results from 10 popular brands, and it was eye-opening. I really liked his takeaway—transparency in our food supply chain is so important.

Nothing quite makes me feel tech-bro bourgeois like drinking Blueprint matcha with manuka honey
Aging test results are in! I wish there was more detail about the methodology on the results but I'm already interested in diving in more to understand what it's measuring and how I should interpret it.

My microplastics test is in, and I have to say, I'm surprised! This is one area I'm happy to be below-average.

Had a great time at DDS LA 2025. @bryanjohnson awesome work. Here’s how I think it could be taken to the next level:
1. More speakers. Would love non-stop programming at the main stage.
2. Ice breaker room for networking opps.
3. More freebies from the partners.
4. The age testing should be expanded to bloodwork.
5. More space for dancing!!

There you go. Thanks for putting it together!
Today's the first time I can remember getting a 99% recovery score from whoop. Yes, a lot of that is having kids who sleep through the night now, but some of it is definitely from eating healthier and watching my diet, exercise and sleep routine more since starting Blueprint.

Paging people who might be interested or know people who would be @keccers.eth @benersing @ted
Has any of you tried the Alpha BRAIN supplements? I think they contain similar/the same nootropics as some of the blueprint supplements
I do like the color of the blood orange longevity mix. I expected the flavor to be off putting but it's not bad at all. Like all powders with creatine it doesn't completely dissolve so you have to drink it fast.

Third day of nutty pudding. I'm enjoying it with muesli, greek yogurt, almond milk, and berries. I went in for bloodwork this morning which required no creatine for 7 days, so today is my first day of the full stack.

I just perused the website for the first time. My exercise and sleep are both decent. Should I do the tests first? Which one(s)?
Each week, I'll take the most engaging cast from /blueprint-health and pin the referral link of the caster, aiming to pin someone new each week. The channel is small now, so I'll start with mine and post someone else's next week!

Anyone else trying a microplastics test?

I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.
