decided to start a new house beat...here's an hour timelapse of me building it from scratch, condensed to 30 seconds.

i decided to start by bootlegging/copying the beat from the john summit remix of i remember by deadmau5...the audio is what i exported at the very end of the hour
Got the Arturia Analog Pro V Collection on sale. It slaps. Also finally picked up the PROQ3 :)
Bought a 2euro Sanyo walkman recorder. It's faulty - plays really bad, barely rewinds, but... using it as a mic is so cool! It gives the grungy / crunchy / distorted mic effect so well, love it. Used it to record phrases to my MicroGranny to fuck it up even more and enjoyed every second of it.
