How to prepare apple blossom infusion
2 Cups Fresh Apple Blossoms
3 Cups Distilled or Spring Water
¼ Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Cups Sugar
½ tsp Ground Cardamom or ½ tsp Cardamom Exract
1 Pouch Liquid Pectin
simmer for about 15 minutes and allow to cool
Enjoy your Apple blossom as iced tea

Tried a pu’er from the 80s for the first time and realised I am not a fan of aged teas! Tastes exactly like an antiques shop, musty!

This Imperial Grade Jasmine Pearls tea is incredible.
The tea flavor and the jasmine flavor harmonize into an amazing, cohesive flavor profile on the palate. The aroma is absolutely bonkers, smells like actual magic. I don't have the right vocabulary for this part, but it also has a creamy, glowy mouthfeel.
