Garlic Beef
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of beef ribeye
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 onion (juiced)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teacup of water
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt (added when almost done)
Preparation:
Place the onion juice, black pepper, butter, and water into a pot.
Before the mixture starts to boil, gently place the beef (which should be at room temperature and slightly softened with a massage) into the pot.
Cook on the lowest heat with the lid on. The water will evaporate and leave the fat behind. This process takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.
I never thought that beef could be this delicious and tender without searing it first. 😋 From now on, this is my go-to recipe for beef. Enjoy your meal! 🍽️
