prediction markets are a novel defi primitive but the following things in current exchange such as Polymarket, Kalshi kept me bugging :
- you can not create a prediction market on your own
- the markets gets settled by a cen. third party
i think i have finally worked it out, here's the design of PNP Exchange,
a truly permissionless exchange.

What if “sell in May and go away” turns out to be the bottom, and we see a volatile (up & down) bull run through the summer, with the final rally peaking in August?
The "prediction market" discussion is still going strong outside of crypto cycles.
I had initially thought the attention on prediction markets would fizzle out soon after the US elections where concluded.
Looks like interest in it is still growing and we could be seeing a lot more adoption of this tech.
