Today I learned that I have a type 2 accessory navicular bone, it is an extra bone in the foot that's larger and triangular or heart-shaped, and connects to the navicular bone by a cartilage bridge.

I’m just about ready to get back on the trails. My doctor’s appointment is on the 18th to double-check that I’m back to 100%
