This week we built:
We made great strides in our project’s growth, a major milestone in our development, bringing more exposure to our community and to @base at large.
We distributed 200 free tickets to the @baseafrica community as part of our ongoing engagement efforts. Our planned collaboration with @music_onchain was unfortunately postponed, but we're excited for what's ahead!
We also pushed out contents to educate and engage our active community.
Looking forward to next week and the continued progress!

Here’s how to set it up:

🔵 we have been on our toes getting everyone involved for the Based Africa Buildathon
🔵 we launched a content creator challenge for builders to create content with the end goal of motivating more people to register for the buildathon
🔵 we heavily collaborated with other communities, embodying the culture of builders supporting builders, and getting their members to register for the Buildathon
🔵 we have also been supporting our sub-communities with fees for basenames, given that they would need that to register for the Buildathon
🔵 we have been actively guiding builders that are participating for the Buildathon
🔵 we also had our first workshopsonbase through @baseworkshops where we gave a walkthrough of building on @base with @onchainkit

We had @iamveektoria and other based builders come share their experiences and security tips.
🔵 We held the first and biggest Base meetups in Africa; the @base Africa Builders and Enthusiasts Meetup and it was Basesome in every sense of the word!
It was impactful, value-packed, educational, and informative.
🔵 Valuable connections and collaborations were made!
🔵 People learnt more about the Base ecosystem and why it’s important to get onboarded.
🔵 We spotlighted some Basesome projects being built on Base and it was awesome!
🔵 Hosted the live space to onboard the @web3ladies community to @base
