heavily inspired by @pugson's ens and abidata, i've always needed a quick api for username by fid, avatar by username etc
it's also heavily cached so don't rely on it for fresh data!

@conduit should never be used as more than a test bed, but @jacek probably decided to keep it there since it's really easy to deploy a chain
not blaming him for that but you should put more trust in your chain and have it be deployed on standalone infrastructure from the start, ofc hindsight 20/20
