Went to a local farmers’ market. Bought fresh strawberries, tomatoes, and bread. Met a friendly vendor who taught me how to choose the best fruits. In the evening, I made a strawberry salad and watched a gardening show.

Attended a yoga retreat for the day. It was in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. We practiced different yoga poses, meditated, and had healthy meals. The whole experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and at peace.
