liminal spaces were always fascinating for me. I just discovered some years ago, there is a actually a term for it and many others photograph them as well.

Glad that I'm "normal" ๐Ÿ˜‚

You can throw the ball as often as you like if you're playing on the wrong court.

Airball
(Germany,2015)
Long Black Limousine
(Italy, 2018)

When you left you know you told me
That some day you'd be returnin'
In a fancy car, all the town to see, oh yea,
Well now everyone is watching you
You finally had your dream, yea
You're ridin' in a long black limousine

I'm back...or at least I'm trying to be.

It's going to be a long road. I currently no longer have a DEGEN allocation. The bear forced me to cash out and now I have to work my way back to 10000 organically.

So don't be angry if I don't tip anything.

this is one of the photographs , which represents No Man's Land pretty accurately.

This toxic valley in Romania is what I would call the B-Side of our world.

But in a strange way, I see a lot of beauty here as well.

I went through my archive again yesterday and it's crazy how many abandoned places I've already documented.
Not all of them are usable from an artistic point of view, but they are still part of my overall work as a photographer.

I'm thinking about how it could make sense to make them accessible ๐Ÿค”

Observation - Awareness - Feeling ๐Ÿ“ธ

These are the three components on which my photography is based and where the actual creative process takes place.

I try to recognize something photographic in everything, especially where others don't see it.
I wanna use this channel not only for sharing work, but also to take the chance to show valuable content about photography.

Like this incredible documentary about Jacob Holdt and his unbelievable project American Pictures.
