I took a food intolerance test out of curiosity to learn more about my body and turns out, the stuff I eat every day is probably whatโs been messing with my skin.
Been dealing with acne for a while now. I eat clean, workout, stay on top of skincare, do all the โrightโ thing, but if Iโm doing all this and still breaking out, then somethingโs clearly off. And my gutโs been saying otherwise this whole time.
The test showed eggs, milk, and almonds ranked highest in intolerance. Wild, considering theyโve been in my daily routine for years. What I didnโt realize is that constantly eating foods my body canโt properly digest was actually messing with my gut flora. And when your gutโs out of balance, it can trigger inflammation, which can show up as acne.
I could be eating the โperfectโ diet, but if my bodyโs reacting foreign to it, itโs doing the reverse of what I want. Looking back, I shouldโve listened sooner, those signs like bloating and fatigue werenโt random.

One thing Iโm really excited about is the idea of interopable memory layers in AI tools. OpenAIโs memory, for instance, already does a great job of understanding me, my preferences, my tone, how I think. Now imagine if that memory layer were interoperable. Something you could carry with you across different apps. โLog in with OpenAI"
Itโs similar to what @farcaster is doing with portable social identityโyour presence, reputation, and relationships follow you across different interfaces. But now, layer on top of that: you, as a digital person, complete with memory, preferences, and behavior patterns. This opens the door to deep personalization across platforms. It could replace onboardings or cold starts.

Never in my life would I have thought I could be afraid of a 13 year old boy, episode 3 was so incredible.
When I tell you this boy made me scared, he genuinely frightened me.

we built a mini product at morphic.com that lets you create scenes and animations with your NFT character. Looking for some folks to try it out! If you are a pudgy, fluffles, BAYC, or azuki holder, and want to try it, DM me!!
love how with one person, I can have 4 different conversations on 4 different social platforms.
Trading perps on base is fun with small amounts. Canโt let it get to your head. Been enjoying Avantisfi.com :)
gm gm, just came back from the MahaKumbh - the largest human gathering on earth. Absolutely insane energy. Even thought there was so much chaos and crowd, there was something so divine in it, everyone there together at once for one shared belief. The festival lasted 45 days, over 660 million visitors. The festival just came to an end. Despite the massive footfall, there is no sign of any disease outbreak. Incredible.
Giving your community tools to create is what will ultimately grow an ecosystem. NFT communities cannot just be consumption only. To expand an IP you have to give tools to your community. It will giive them something more to do rather than just being a holder and consumer. Content creation tools are the key for NFT companies. Give tools to your community, let them create content with the IP.
