i was a self-taught dev w 0 experience and 0 clients when i started freelancing.

good reviews are the lifeblood of freelancers. but today they're trapped across segregated freelance platforms.

put your reviews all in one place, you control!

As a crypto company raising via SAFE+token it best to raise into a Delaware C or a non-us entity?

I've had investors say they only want to invest in Delaware Cs (ease reasons, usually us investor).

But I've also had investors say they will only invest in non-US entities (regulatory reasons, usually non-us investor).
gm. thanks for making this channel.

what is your opinion of SAFE/SAFT pre-seed "group rounds"?

i.e. when founders do not get a lead, but instead raise many checks from smaller firms.

pros? cons? what signal does this send to larger check writers?
shill me all of the events in SF this week. go!
