Finished reading Fire Rush by Jacqueline Crooks, and while it could have been brilliant- an action packed, journey of self discovery set in 70s/80s UK and Jamaica, set to a dub soundtrack. For me it tried to do a little too much. Fewer subplots and deeper character exploration could have taken it to the next level. Still a decent read though.
