If we keep degen and ham aside, what are the best ecosystems and mechanisms that are based on tipping and giving fair allowances that are currently live?

If higher allowances will tip other higher allowances, the cycle will not stop at they will stay where they are, while the purpose is not being fulfilled to uplift others.
I love this analysis - it makes me feel a lot better about my smol allowance by showing the ROI over time!
