Thoughts on a framework to decide which chains to integrate in product roadmap:
- EVM compatible or not ( high tech effort for most non EVMs )
- Pre Token or Post Token ( highly correlated to froward looking user attention stats)
- Current On chain wallet activity
- Chain / ecosystem roadmap's correlation to dApp category

What other factors to consider?
Major reasons to consider BTC as a no brainer long term asset for investment
- Literally converts energy (scarce resource) to money
- Highly decentralised hence almost impossible to censor
- Growing adaption as a legal currency in countries

What else will you add? (Curating a small session for my web2 friends)..
I just won 249 $DEGEN in Gate of Degen!

@degengate
Wonder if anyone has done correlation analysis for Warpcast DAU with Eth/ BTC price fluctuations?
Trying to do so but unable to find accurate fc data (thats downloadable)...
So many identity solutions launched in the last 2 years- hardly any took off. Know a few that shut down as well

The core reason i could figure out was building just the infra & not identifying business critical use cases of today where the infra will be used ( just the protocol not a client like warpcast)

Thoughts?
Hot take: The best product teams have folks who not just ship new features but also own it's launch & adaption ( v critical in the beginning).

Came from our v hard learning where new features that were shipped weren't driving impact / were losing RoI after first few days, despite deep research prior to its build.
A recent team conversation made me reflect on the structure of our growth team that we have built at Intract
- social media: degen person for b2c handle, structured writer for b2b
- product & account based marker on Telegram
- community manager for discord

Led by an experienced leader proficient in process & data tracking
Wonder how other teams are structured?
a frame to recommend channels to follow basis my following / preferences
A bit late to share this new initiative but it was a pleasure hosting @jhv from /safary to our mini growth podcast:

- Hot takes on intern account, marketing tool
- Silver bullets for web3 marketer (spoiler alert: there aren't any 🤣 )

Question what the conventional wisdom is + much more

@jacek any docs/ URLs to check out the Degen community roadmap? Building something internally & kinda want to build a case to integrate to the ecosystem...
Low key afraid this channel will become the place for members to cast stuff that were otherwise being posted in appropriate channels (from where there membership has been revoked).
Have you seen your non web3 friends care about bots & proof of humanity ?

Been speaking to my broader friend circle & while everyone's a bit on the edge due to gen AI, hardly any one think its a pressing problem to solve today..
Watching the anime after having read the manga just hits different - this time I am talking about something super cliched like One Piece (currently at the Water Sever arc 🫡 )

Just amazing to see the contrast b/w character development arcs in both forms of story telling - personally prefer the manga version more
Them: Crypto UX sucks

Meanwhile a large web2 asian bank login screen
1. I always forget the numerical customer ID assigned to me 😅
2. OTP from forget password flow takes ages to come 🥲
@dwr.eth felt kind of a cognitive dissonance - when posts of a channel weren't chronologically sorted? Are they sorted via relevance? Or may be it is a desktop thing?

Recently restarted dev work - the first time since the GPT moment happened.

Finding it kinda difficult to completely trust AI inputs in code - how have others over time built comfort to adapt AI to their day to day coding habits ?

Any tip/ suggestions would be welcome...
on-chain data crawler & indexer - to enable search over all of on-chain data (Perplexity for web3)
Steps we've been taking to boost product <> business collab
- Product team to join 1 biz call every day
- Biz team training to better build business case & develop product thinking
- A product research roadmap jointly managed by both
- Product owners also responsible for launch after feature build

What else to add?
Controversial opinion: Coinbase wallets may have solved onboarding via pass keys but they have a big distance to cover.

I really hate new chrome tabs opening up everytime i want to do a transaction for e.g.

Rabby is far far ahead in terms of a great wallet UX
Recently started executing 15 day sprints in our marketing workstream & seen so many benefits
- better alignment with sales & product team deliverables
- more focus in individual work streams -> ownership over metrics
- 15 day plans with time for retrospectives

Why should only product teams have all the fun 😂 ?
