Freedom is a difficult concept to grasp, yet it is a feeling everyone loves to experience. When transformed into poetry, it seems to come a bit closer.
Together on my @alfafrens channel, we wrote this poem using a surrealist cadavre exquis exercise. Each participant received only the last word of the previous sentence as inspiration, without knowing what had been written before. In the end, I assembled everything, discovered what the poem was about, and gave it a title. It is also an exercise in freedom.

Yesterday, @y0b introduced me to beetroot latte. This one is 100% plant-based with oat milk and sugar-free. It’s a delicious drink and a great alternative to coffee and tea. It keeps you warm and cozy, and it has this amazing color. 💕
I sipped it while talking about life, the present, the future, Berlin, travels, Warpcast, social behavior, finding your center, and enjoying life. It was great!

New week, new opportunities for learning.
Yesterday, I saw a very cool exhibition by Laure Prouvost, entitled We Felt a Star Dying. In the show, the artist explores quantum phenomena and their sensitivity to cosmic forces. She was invited to visit a lab where they are developing a quantum computer, and her installation is a poetic response to that. It’s fascinating how she imagines a possible future with qubits and super-fast computers, focusing much more on the sensations than on the scientific aspects of it.

Today is Women’s Day. Personally, I don’t like these kinds of special dates—every day should be Women’s Day. Still, I think these reminders are necessary.
It’s impressive to see how women still earn less than men in the same positions, with the same qualifications (or even more). Women still have to do double duty and be the main caretakers of children and the household. This is just the beginning of a list of inequalities that we all know about, but few are doing something to change it.
This environment often produces competition among women, which makes everything worse.
Today, my message is simple: together we are stronger. Let’s help and support each other. If we drive change, society will have to adapt.
