Pull-up update…. Wasn’t a 10min video B it was a 5min video with a total count of 40 pull-ups 💪🏾🔥 OUCH

Workout update: working out a bit later (lunch hour) but the focus for me today is high intensity/high volume… basically heart rate will be up and a lot of machines will be involved 🙃
