Anyone else's Warplet a little buggy after the Monad Test Token drop?
I can't get to the bottom to see the lower valued tokens in the wallet.

I am so burnt out on reading the replies I get on X to anything that isn't specifically in Web3.

I have long loved golf, but I've been very anti-golf in 2025.
I spent four years working a job selling golf equipment online.
The company that I worked for was acquired in 2024 and shut down in 2025.
Golf was so intertwined with work for me that it has been difficult to want anything to do with golf while I mourn the loss of this job. I really enjoyed it.
However, I'm happy to share that I finally made my first tee time for 2025 for this weekend.
I hope to rediscover my love for this game outside of work and all the opportunities my prior employer had provided for me in the golf industry that I now find myself missing.

I didn't have a great week in terms of rewards on here, but I did see an increase in my tips.
Due to the way rewards work here, I found myself trying to create more standalone posts to maximize rewards. This is very much not how I use X, where the vast majority of my posts are replies (see below chart).
While rewards for me have dropped after switching to more replies on here, tipping has gone up as a result of the new feature where you can tip your reply guys. Big shoutout to @woj.eth for that tipping update.
I hardly think that Farcaster is going to make me rich and I'm here for much more than the money, but I find it interesting to play around with different content strategies, especially on new (to me) platforms.
Tl;dr do whatever you like and let the chips fall where they may. 🤷♀️

Traditional work doesn't value generalists. It values specialists.
You wouldn't want a doctor who is a generalist. You want someone who is an expert in your care.
Generalists, however, play an important role. As a career-long one, I love this post from @yanowitz.
There is a great book called "Range" by David Epstein. Truly, I had always felt like I'd made a mistake being a generalist before reading this book. After, it showed me how valuable being broadly interested in a variety of things can be.
I've never looked back. DepressiveHacks was started after reading this book (or close to it).
Hire more generalists. You'll be happy that you did.

I started writing a blog post earlier about how 2025 has gone very differently than I expected.
The tl;dr is that I came into this year very excited, but things have not gone as swimmingly as I'd hoped.
I think that patience is really difficult. The time it takes to get from where you are to where you're going is agonizing, in my experience, as soon as you realize that you are no longer where you want to be.
I feel that this almost-obsession with my goals brings me a lot of unhappiness. The drive to build a better tomorrow makes it hard to enjoy today.
I speak to just about nobody about DepressiveHacks in my actual life. Ironically, the people who do know are exactly the people I wouldn't want reading my writing about my depression. I think it would scare them too much.
I don't know why I'm saying all this here on Farcaster. I've been in an odd place today. I feel grateful, yet lost.
I did thoroughly enjoy seeing everyone's photos of FarCon. Thank you for sharing. I like this app.
