I just posted a proposal to upgrade the protocol so that its fee mechanism rewards UNI token holders that have staked and delegated their tokens. I don't think you're supposed to thread on WC so will just stick this here - read it!

Description: Make a list of the `owner` address of the UniswapV3Factory on every chain where it's been declared canonical by gov. List can be in whatever medium you want, should be formatted as "networkName: 0x..." (not network ID plz). v3deployments.uniswap.eth is a good place to start.

if you are an active delegate in any protocol governance you should really have an ens name that resolves to the address you use to vote. It helps out massively with discoverability.
messing around with the @tally api trying to get the rust off. there are currently ~190m UNI delegated total. The top 30 delegates have 143m of them. Of those 30, the avg account has voted 2.4 times out of the last 10, and 14 have not voted.
