I have x-tremely strict boundaries because I have anxiety and worked incredibly hard to love myself.
I do not ever want to bend the system of rules i developed since they are rooted in self preservation.
we only have one mind, body, and soul. it’s ok to be selfish and protective, it is sometimes very uncomfortable to set solid boundaries but it is the only way to preserve yourself in this world.
