Introducing a small project I recently built: https://newcaster.org, the fastest way to create a Farcaster account.
it offers two features right now:
- Register with Crypto: Pay Base ETH to create a Farcaster account using locally generated recovery phrase, powered by @neynar. (Share your referral link to earn $NEWCASTER tokens when others sign up.)
- Free Warpcast Invites: Farcaster users with @openrank under 2000 can claim a free invite. (50 invites available in the first week, with more coming soon.)
The project is funded by $NEWCASTER LP fees (a meme token I launched last week).
It's a fun experiment, and I’ll continue adding features if you like it.

People who blame snipers just don’t make any sense to me. Honestly, I think they’re just clueless. lol They’re the type who expect the coin they buy to skyrocket 10x or 100x immediately and just look for something to blame when the price doesn’t go up. On top of that, snipers don’t hold for long anyway. For projects destined to succeed, snipers are not a big deal.

It's a bit disappointing that recent projects seem to rely heavily on the neynar Score. It feels somewhat distanced from the principles of decentralization. It appears that these projects depend on the Neynar Score algorithm, which could mean they are becoming centralized services centered around neynar Score. I believe it's essential to reflect on the true meaning of decentralization.

every token deployed by clanker had its own staking contract, allowing users to stake their assets and distribute a portion of the protocol fee or creator fee to staked assets? This could reduce sell pressure while creating a true decentralized launchpad where creators, the protocol, and holders all become winners.

In my opinion, today’s launch of $ANONFUN was a complete shit and harmful to the ecosystem. Both $anonfun from yesterday and $ANONFUN from today lack any real utility, making them nothing more than meme coins.
Of course, community is the most important factor for meme coins, and it seems the community has sided with $ANONFUN. However, I can’t shake the feeling that it was driven by a small group of insiders (a “cabal”) who reaped enormous profits, exploiting the narrative that it was distributed through @anonfun. It’s not pure.
