I was in OpenAi's closed alpha group that trained and tuned DALL-E. They absolutely took advantage of artists and gave nothing in return.
Not only did they refuse to answer questions like "how long should we expect to be working," they would also monitor conversations and shut down any discussion of NFT's/crypto/blockchain that testing members might have had.
Although I have been using and advocating for Ai since 2021, I also believe Ai companies have responsibilities.
