@anisha @mikedemarais.eth and @niftynei have been helping me. We had a zoom call last week with someone who knows a lot about cars and compiled a hit list of things to look at within budget. There is a list of action items. I know nothing about any of this.
Hilariously, the person helping moved out of Austin after 20 years there due to unbearable issues with the homeless. Last straw was a drug addict exposing themselves to his young daughter. He said “I promise I won’t gaslight you. I know it’s really bad”
I have left Austin for awhile for my sanity, so I can’t go on test drives etc until I get back. But things are happening.

life things prevented me from doing the /keccar related work that i was planning on completing yesterday
i promise we will have updates on the /keccar project this week
that said -- having successfully raised over $13k+ for the /keccar, im going to "finalize" the Party mint (meaning it wont accept more contributors)

Tonight as I walked home from a book club I found myself having to run away from a tweaker/schizo wildly screaming threats and slurs
He was headed straight towards me but I don’t believe he was locked in on me as a target. I don’t think he tried to chase me as I ran.
This isn’t even the first time in the past week I’ve taken off running from someone on the street. Paranoid perhaps, but why chance it. I figure it’s better to be safe and just run. Get myself out of the area.
But it was the scariest by far because I know if that guy made eye contact he would have almost certainly hurt me. The way he was screaming to himself was menacing. And Once you lock eyes with one of these men it’s over.

I dislike Texas so much it’s now ruining my ability to leave. I get off the plane and immediately feel dread about going back. I am on a beautiful trip with my family and have had a pit in my stomach the whole time thinking about how I have to go back there and sit alone in air conditioning
