While usually an afterthought and frequently done incorrectly, Governance is often the most important feature, not a bug.
Look at the two images comparing Zora v. Aero. Any liquid fund in the space with a time horizon longer than 2 years would not seriously allocate to Zora v. Aero.
Zora will pump and then ultimately grind to 0 by 5 years, while Aero will slowly continue to accrue value and ultimately become one of the most valuable tokens in the Base ecosystem.
