I aggressively believe in work-life balance because

1) I have a toddler
2) I cannot be creative if I don't rest and recharge every day

"The reality is that platforms are not chicken-and-egg problems: it is very clear what comes first, and that is users. Once there are users there is demand for applications, and that is the only thing that incentivizes developers to build." — Stratechery

gotta admit, I think cryptopunks look like shit. the structure and origin of the project are cool but the aesthetic leaves me cold
correct, probably also applies here:

> "Crypto twitter" as a whole is underallocated to BTC and overallocated to shit

I like spending in the ETH ecosystem but note that I use the word "spending" because I don't expect to make any money off it. which is not to say that profiting is impossible, obviously not. but it's hard to beat BTC

I prefer spending my Warpcast Rewards on ecosystem projects versus tipping, but I appreciate all contributions to this good cause (that being: me spending $ on ecosystem projects)
constant pain-point for me. it's unbelievable how bad warpcast search is. buoy kinda fills the gap but this should be a native feature

proof that World actually has 1.5 million DAU? I could not more heavily doubt that figure https://x.com/taydotfun/status/1919133482279653511
what bums me out the most about the proxystudio thing is that he's an immensely talented marketer and founder, and there's another timeline where he took the honorable approach and accepted that he couldn't have the meteoric rise that was possible with a fake "clean" identity

he still could have built up a wonderful project (maybe not Clanker), could have atoned for his past by doing good work honestly, with the understanding that some people would never trust him, and that he might have to structure the financial side of things differently

something interesting to note is that Proxy *was* dox'd to his cofounders — @dish knew his legal identity. but his legal identity wasn't the one that the wrongdoing was tied to / never became public during the previous controversy

anyway I'm pro pseudonymity (and anonymity for that matter). insert "A Cypherpunk's Manifesto" here

RUNNING AN AIRDROP: what worked well and what didn't https://splits.org/blog/airdrop-autopsy/

the problem is that people like free money a little *too* much 😬

I know a lot of you have experimented with onchain distribution, and I'd love to hear how it went for you — worth it? how did you determine ROI?
