One year in October, I decided to climb all 7b/7b+ left on moonboard(black+white sets).
Somewhere in December, Diagonale plus 5 7b+ were the only ones left. I’m 186cm (6’1) and I had to nail the beta and each move to millimetre to make it. Fell from the top hold like 2 times. Had to take 15m rest before attempts, so pain in my A1, A2 pulleys would subside, or it was way too painful to climb.
In the end, top was in, pulleys nearly raptured and season somewhat successfully closed.

After injuring my knee back in October I have slowly started to climb again. Had two sessions now, and only roof climbing and acute heel hooks feel bad now. A bit sore today for lack of a better word.

Good signs: though it’s been too long and I’m humbled, I still had a good time. Still one of my favorite workouts.

Anyone ever had a climbing related knee injury?
I'm suffering from knee pain which is most intense when pulling with the leg. Even slightly overhanging climbing is painful. Sitting on my knee is painful. The doctors have failed to diagnose even with MRI.
