As I shifted from ChatGPT to Claude Sonnet, I hit their Premium limits. So for the past couple weeks I've been talking directly to the API (which is somehow cheaper than Premium) via LibreChat, an open source Chatbot UI that works with every chat AI API.
It would be interesting to see someone build a generic self-hosted UI like this for Farcaster, with an open plugin architecture perhaps.

Agents have been around for a long time: alarm clocks, monthly subscriptions, spot trading… all the things that « act » on your behalf based on a set of conditions. The only difference is now they are about to get way much smarter.
We have been cyborgs since the invention of the calculator.
Transformers are based on a postmodern view of cognition: there is no truth or logic, just arbitrary social constructs that can be learned. Sometimes, they correlate with reasoning but there is no causation. Excited to see how we will re-balance them with true reasoning AI. True intelligence is in the latent space.
