So much have been said about so called "farmers", but numbers don't lie.
I have no problem with anyone, but please just be honest with yourself instead of lying through your teeth but somehow you're earning some of the largest amounts.
You're just better at farming it than others and more privileged too, please don't slander on people, you're being a bully and hypocrite.

Key to waking up on time is using Alexa ROUTINES (Google call them AUTOMATIONS) with a slow build up of light, sound, news, rooster noises.
Give yourself half an hour and start softly. Build up to very bright and very loud. Make it fun!

GN. I have both exercised and managed to eat 3 meals of things that an outside observer would recognise as food. I'm declaring today a win.

The fact that pseudonyms are the norm is a huge appeal of FC for me. Ironically I'm much more myself when I don't have to use my meatspace ID.

Tiles have been life-changing for me. Before I started using them, I would spend 10+ hours each week looking for my keys, wallet etc. I have them on everything now. I can't recommend them enough to anyone with ADHD or attention / working memory problems.

I may fall to pieces if I have to pack to go on holiday or behave normally in a group social situation, but give me a genuine emergency and I feel weirdly calm and usually know exactly what to do.

My ’medication’ currently consists of sleep and exercise. They both make a huge difference to how I function. However my record on taking them consistently is not great.
Sleep is a really tricky one - it seems like a great idea in the morning, but less important than whatever I find myself doing at midnight.
