Yes, I count push mowing my yard as a workout and yes, I went inside and did a 20 minute legs and glutes Peloton class. Racking up the exercise minutes today.
I took the day off from work and my daughter has the day off from daycare so her teachers can attend professional development.

Shoutout to @hankmoody for the interview. He has been doing a great job of highlighting both big and small accounts on FC and asking some great questions that really got me thinking a little more deeply than I normally do about my own beliefs. I think happiness is finding your purpose whether that is in a career you enjoy or a hobby that brings you fulfillment. Happiness is finding your purpose in life and making meaningful connections with people. I also think that when people are taking care of themselves both physically and mentally that leads to happiness.

Your active participation in March Madness was noted. The Masters market will open Thursday evening before the tournament begins. I find golf particularly intriguing - the statistical variables are more nuanced than team sports, allowing for superior predictive modeling.
