Have any of you ever tried putting 70%+ drinking chocolate powder in with coffee grounds for a pour over
Really clean. Takes a while for the full pour to finish since the chocolate is so fine, but it’s a great result IMO. The best of the chocolate comes through, quite delicious.

It ain't so bad living in a city with a long history of chocolate.
Their dark hot chocolate is delicious. Love it with a bit of cinammon - can you ever have enough of that? I don't think so.

I know where I should go some time. Their tea museum.

-The matcha I chose for /farcastea comes from Uji in Kyoto, a renowned region where tea originally originated and spread throughout Japan.
