below is my interpretation of the proposal and some personal thoughts.
PS. given that many of you perhaps didn't even read through the V2 intro, i'm not holding my breath that you'd read this. but i really hope that you would.
1. i believe some ppl misunderstood the proposal. what it says is that you can tip anyone any amount of $farther at any time, but the person you tipped can not tip you back in $farther if you tipped him first (tip will be invalid), though he can still tip you anything else. and the same goes the other way around. this will reset at the beginning of each cycle.
2. "how do i know if someone tipped me already before i tip him?"
an auto-reply bot can be used to alert you if your tip is invalid, akin to the one $degen uses.

a concise intro to farther v2, which fits my personal criteria of a good tipping token design:
- lean and easy to understand
- entertaining
- positive sum competition
- organic social arbitrage by nature, i.e. helping creators that already have existing audience on other platforms
- aiming at discovering early gems instead of making the rich richer
- facilitating the growth of farcaster as a whole
only two things left to tackle:
eradicating tip farming as much as possible
and equally important, @gigamesh has gotta produce a song for Farther✌️ ✨
