We believe that the common understanding of DAOs and the problems they best solve is misguided: DACs and DAOs address fundamentally different challenges.

Ideally we could come up an standard agreement that could be reused similar to Creative Commons, MIT License, GNU and others

University of the Arts is closing with the future of students and faculty uncertain.
It would be great if there was a way to promote the work of the students and faculty there, maybe an NFT collection sold to benefit them?

What does everyone think of GraphQL?
Lately using types from Prisma with Next.js has been "good enough" and I work a lot more quickly.
I still understand the use case of cross platform APIs, like an API used by front end as well as native mobile app.

Jeff Bezos' concept of "Day 1" and "Day 2" companies is particularly relevant to crypto startups: a cash cow can easily die off within one market cycle
Coinbase is playing this well with verticals separate from trading, such as Wallets, Base, and others
Maybe they become the Microsoft of crypto (for better or worse)

Yochai Benkler's "Coase’s Penguin, or, Linux and The Nature of the Firm" will be one of the most prescient essays on how social organizations form on blockchain, despite being written in 2002 about the Open Source Software Movement

IMO the framework of solving "transaction costs" vs "commons-based peer production" is a very useful.
Most work being done now with DAOs focuses on CBPP, but many common use cases of crypto are really just reduced transaction costs, like stable coins on L2s

Some topics to include: SEO for your art and NFTs, new meme coins (like degen, higher, perl, and enjoy), DAO membership, Snapshot voting, on-chain identity, off-chain identity, the best layer 2 networks for different purposes, how on-chain creators should approach Tezos and Solana, attestations, POAPs, and more!
