Leave channels open for everybody, make them indexable on Google so anyone asking a question on the internet can find an answer on Warpcast (like Reddit)
Get rid of the $5 entry fee to make onboarding easier
Buy/integrate Hypersub to empower channel owners to charge for / easily manage write access
More discovery and easier moderation ftw
