Am I missing something or does the VRGDA pool size greater than 256 not make sense?
My understanding is that the pool size N lets you call buyNow with any block number within N blocks of the current block so that you can have a greater variety of nouns to choose from
The function that generates the traits uses the hash of the input block number via the blockhash() function in solidity - but this only works for the last 256 blocks so any block number past 256 will return the same seed. Therefore only 256 of the 100k pool size will actually give unique traits…

I've been working on a dashboard to dig deeper into Lil Nouns spending, highlighting those with significant voting power pushing through the expenses, and pulling in related on-chain data. I'm also thinking about adding my reviews on these expenditures and specifically calling out undelivered promises. It's concerning that most of the treasury went to a few addresses and we don't have anything to show for it. 🤔 Any ideas from the community would be appreciated. 💡 What would you want to know?
Ten days later, still nothing but radio silence and no improvement in the situation.

It's been a year since Lil Funding shut down, and despite weeks of pushing a proposal to return our assets to the treasury, something that shouldn't have been necessary in the first place, it really highlights why keeping things on-chain and trusting code over people is crucial. Sure, code has its flaws, but at least it doesn't play games with your trust. 🤷♂️
