This is the food I prepared for my wife.
It's kimchi stew and egg roll.
The combination of the two makes a delicious day. Kimchi stew is omitted because there are too many recipes. Another reason is that kimchi tastes good.Hahaha

three unique kitchen tips:

1. Use Ice to Skim Fat: If you’re making soup or stew and want to skim off excess fat, drop a few ice cubes in a ladle and gently run it over the surface. The fat will solidify and stick to the ladle, making it easier to remove.

2. Revive Stale Bread: Sprinkle a little water on stale bread and pop it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes. The moisture and heat will make it soft and fresh again.

3. Blender Cleaning Shortcut: Instead of scrubbing your blender after use, fill it halfway with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then blend on high for 30 seconds. Rinse it out, and it's clean with minimal effort.
I tried something different tonight — made it up myself

Whisked some Italian red pepper paste with some wasabi and a bit of mayo and rubbed it on top of salt/peppered salmon. The rub keeps the flavor in and creates this golden crust.

Broiled it for 8 minutes and put it on a salad.
