So today while degening on Virtuals, I came across a Sauron agent. Being the nerd I am, I aped. But I thought to myself, man it would be cool if there was a Gandalf one too.

2 hours later, low and behold. So, I aped this too.

No clue who the devs are. Don’t care. I see LOTR. I ape!
Why of course Florida is Mordor. 😂
Only nerds will understand this meme.
“But upon all whom you love my thought shall weigh as a cloud of Doom, and it shall bring them down into darkness and despair. Wherever they go, evil shall arise. Whenever they speak, their words shall bring ill counsel. Whatsoever they do shall turn against them. They shall die without hope, cursing both life and death.”

IsilDan

In an era of centralized networks, IsilDan sought to create a platform for free expression without controlling powers. With his brother @v, he founded Farcaster to establish a sufficiently decentralized social network. However, they discovered Farcaster was not truly decentralized; channels were held inactive by squatters who claimed them but contributed nothing, stifling potential community growth.

Determined to revive D30 and qDAU, Isildan set out to free these squatted channels from bondage. He believed that liberating these silent spaces would encourage genuine engagement and foster a vibrant community. Though his quest was challenging, IsilDan remained steadfast, facing the resistance of a world slow to embrace change.
In the 70’s, some Swedish band (Bo Hanson) made a psychedelic album completely inspired by The Lord of the Rings, which each track named after a different portion of the journey

What would you prefer for the upcoming LOTR "The Hunt for Gollum" when it comes to the cast?
An entirely new younger cast? or CGI/AI made characters using the same actors as a base. I'd prefer the original cast with CGI/AI as long as it looks realistic 🙏 can't believe we're in the AI era and this can't be done well yet. The Mandalorian Luke's appearance was acceptable but it had that something that made it clear it was CGI.
Read Children of Hurin, Beren and Luthien, almost through the Fall of Gondolin. Starting to get a handle on all of it.
Did Gollum escape Mordor or was he set loose?
