Excited to welcome one of my favourite producers to the Hyper Real Radio family for the 8th instalment of our mix series, Melbourne's bass-electro supervillain Hedchef!
Known for his razor-sharp, off-kilter club constructions that blend genres across the full range of the techno and rave continuum, his signature sound of futuristic broken-beat patterns and immaculate sound-design scored him releases on acclaimed labels including International Chrome, Childsplay and Scuffed Recordings. This is just the beginning however - with hours of unreleased material under his belt his journey has just begun and we can expect him to become one of underground music greatest (supervillains).
His contribution to the Hyper Real mix series is a deep dive into his own productions with plenty of unreleased and new material as much as it is a cross-section into his own influences and the current state of the cutting edge of bass-heavy club music.

It's been ~6mo since I joined Farcaster. Reflecting on this journey, I've designed and built many things, and I'm excited to share some of my fav creations. To capture these memories and see how I've grown, I built this frame as a diary of sorts. I hope you enjoy looking back on my journey as much as I do 🫶

Designs go through a lot of feedback and iterating before they go live. Gathering thorough requirements, developing a deep understanding of the problem, and asking better questions will reduce your risk of spending hours chasing the wrong idea only to end up back at square one.
This is a showcase of the major iterations the upcoming roles and payroll feature for @decentdao went through over the past several weeks, and all the wrong ideas we pursued to arrive at a solution.

- Video: snappier/shorter w titles; better audio 😅; explain buttons better (linking to external URLs and frames). Using Screen Studio now, highly recommend! h/t @jtgi
- frame.town: show some templates and use cases; more of a landing page than a notion doc 👨🎨
